- Customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways for size exchange.
- Products with manufacturing defects will be exchanged only. If the product is out of stock, a credit coupon will be issued.
- No money or point will be refunded on products purchased through gift card or points. Only exchanges are possible.

Step 1: Mail back to us the product in original condition with tags attached.
